This particular paint job has been on the cards for quite a while and its amazing to finally be able to work on it.
Nick had wanted to repaint his Sworks Venge ever since it had some repair work and a basic touch up, we have been talking for quite a few years on bringing a Nike Air Max inspired theme to life, but our calendars never aligned…until this winter when Nick needed to go in for another surgery, which meant no cycling for a few months. Perfect timing to pass the Venge over to me.
It almost ended up being an AM90 Infrared colourway, but Nick (@glackster) felt the colours on the F&F Parra were too good to deviate from and sent me a sketch of what he wanted to work from.
It turned out pretty wild?!
He asked me to intensify the colours slightly from the shoes and packaging
All colours mixed in house with @kapci_coatings_official and finished with @proxl_brand new 405 clear 👌🏼
